Also while esearching the information for this correction it was noted that the final electrical inspection for the restaurant was not pproved. Item # 2 Code NEC 600.3 Compliance No Compliance Date 03/18/2004 IMMEDIATELY Description Electric signs and outline lighting shall be listed and installed in conformance with that listing. (the electric neon sign lighting 'nstalled in the dining area of the restaurant was never approved on the final electrical inspection when the building was 2/17/04 • nstructed. Notice was given and compliance was never followed through by the owner & sign installer). Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/18/04 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
