The building will be inspected during and after construction. The owner shall notify the state building inspector and the local building inspector before taking
possession of the building.
ILHR 50.15 EVIDENCE OF APPROVAL. The architect, professional engineer, designer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, one set of plans bearing the
stamp of approval.
This plan has not been reviewed for compliance with Chapters ILHR 82 through 86, the Plumbing Rules of the Department.

I 213 writing ia reference to your steel joist girder plan aubmittel received on
April 6, 1987 and reviewed on April 22, 1987.
Plan approval for the referenced project 13 withheld pending receipt of
additional information and/or revised plans. If the additional information
and/or plans Are not received prior to June 15, 1987, pit will be stamped
"Not Approved" and returned. Approval is withheld because of the following
code violations.
ILHR 5 The joist girder plans which you submitted did not include
the "plans" for the indivicual joist girders. Those plans are required to
identify the configuration of the joist girder with member sizes shown to
correspond with the signed and sealed calculations which you have already
submitted. At least four signed and seale sets of joist girder plans (grder
G-1 through G-18, including revised 0-10 and G-15A) shall be submitted for
review and approval.
