The items include the exit distance problen at the north end of the mezzanine and the interior handicap circulation requirements. The sketches submitted with the above information indicate acceptable eolutions to the handicap circulation problem. In adfittIon to the above two items, the revised plane which you submitted Indicate your building as being provided with only a two 'street" accees. As indicated in section Ind 54.0 a building propoeed for no area limitations requires "et-gets" facing three sides of the building. This would require an addttonal "street" extending halfeny alone the east wall of the building. The plans for this addition were originally submitted in April of 1911. Approval was granted in October of 1901 and the approval was undated In October of 1 QP2 for a minimal fee of $65. This type of a plan approval expiration date update has been discussed at ] ength by this department and is acceptable on a one time basis only. At the present time, complete fees are required to be submitted for the examination of the plane and any additional inspection fees above $400 shall he submitted prior to review.
