Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54902 -1130 Dear Ed: Please find the blueprints for the signage for Copp's addi- tion. They are proposing four new signs, two 2'x6' neon with clear Plex covers installed on brick wall, one 4'x10' Mansard roof sign illuminated with fluorescent and one 4'x12' Mansard roof sign illuminated with fluorescent. (I have indicated in red on the blueprints.) Ed, the square footage of the store front is 5920.2 square feet at 30% equals 1776 square feet of the signage. They cur- rently have 285 square feet on the building and proposing to add 112 square feet with new signs. The cost of the job is $4950. They want to start fabrication as soon as possible.
