Sawyer Street Oshkosh, WI 54902 920- 426 -3626 • Description of the Project: This project provides an addition to the Lourdes H.S. facility, currently used for approximately 400 sixth through twelfth grade students. This is Phase I of the UCS five year Master Facilities Plan that will later include an elementary school at the UCS West Side Site. The new wing and upgrading of the Lourdes facility will provide a much needed second gymnasium and upgraded commons area. It will show that UCS is vibrant and moving forward. The cost of the project is approximately $3.5 million with an anonymous donor providing substantial financing to support the addition and further upgrading of the entire facility, including making it handicap accessible.
