Wisconsin Avenue Appleton, WI 54911 Lourdes High School Addition (phase 11) Ref: Plumbing Plan Approval: 110 N Sawyer St., Oshkosh, WI Plan ID# C6 -99- 0404 -P Dear Sirs, Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for this project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. Wall outlet urinals depicted in detail 6, page P403 shall be vented in accord with requirements in COMM 82.31 2. Circuit vented branch drains serving 4 or more fixtures (detail 3, page P303) shall be served by a relief vent as required in COMM 82.31(10) 3. Floor drains for the bathrooms on the West side of the addition shall be vented per COMM 82.31 4. Building sewer clean out access shall be established within 5 feet of the new building foundation per COMM 82.35 5. Water closets in detail 2 page P403 shall be vented per COMM 82.31 6. Lavatories in detail 2 page P403 shall be vented per COMM 82.31 7. Urinals in detail 2 page P403 shall be vented per COMM 82.31 8. Floor drains in detail 4 page P403 shall be vented per COMM 82.31 9. Circuit vents shall be sized per COMM 82.31 table 82.31 -3 10. Detail 4 page P403 shows wall outlet urinals discharged to the stack above wall outlet water closet, is not allowed per COMM 82.31 In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. 1 It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
