Sawyer St., Oshkosh, WI Plan ID# F2 -07- 0301 -P Dear Sirs, Examination of the plumbing plans and specifications for this project has been completed. In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. All horizontal building drain shall be served by a full size cleanout opening COMM 82.35 2. Building sewer shall be served by one minimum 3" undiminished stack COMM 82.31(lacking installation of alternate bid items) 3. Developed distance for branch drain shall not exceed point of vent for fixture trap per COMM 82.31 4. Water heater temperature and pressure relief valve shall have an approved receptor COMM 82.40 (mop basin is not approved as required receptor) 5. Required drain pitch shall be observed for drains according to load COMM 82.36 6. Maximum separation of building sewer cleanouts shall not exceed limits of COMM 82.35 7. Building sewer cleanout access shall be provided within 5 feet of foundation wall for all sewers COMM 82.35 (including alternate bid items) In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts. Madison, WI 53711 -2498 Dear Mr. Randall: East Central Review No. 2001 -038 Subject: East Central Comments — Sanitary Sewer Lateral Proposal The East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, in accordance with Wisconsin Administrative Code COMM. 82, s.82.20(4)(c), has reviewed the proposed sanitary sewer lateral for the Unified Catholic school project located on Josslyn Street, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County. East Central has determined the proposed development is within the Oshkosh Sewer Service Area. This project is also consistent with the Sewer Service Areawide Water Quality Management Plan elements. A copy of this letter should be enclosed with the project plans sent to the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and other appropriate review agencies for their review.
