This plan has not been reviewed for oompliance with Chapters ILHR 82 - 86, the plumbing rules of the Department. You are hereby advised that the owner as defined in Chapter 101.01 (2) (1) of the Wisoonsin State Statutes is responsible for all code requirements not speoifically cited herein. The building will be inspeoted during and after construction. The owner shall notify the state building inspector and the local building inspector ng before taking possession of the building. ILBR 50.15 Evidence of approval. The arohitect, professional engineer, designer, builder or owner shall keep at the building, one set of plans bearing the stamp of approval. This building is classified as No. 8, wood frame unproteoted oonstruction.
