Introduction
A recent inspection of your property revealed violations of the City Zoning Ordinance, as well as conditions of your conditional
'use permit (approved 05/23/06). See attached photos. Specifically, parking of vehicles cannot occur on unimproved
surface.Additionally, further action needs to be taken to prohibit vehicular ingress /egress to Faust Avenue. As the pictures '
indicate, current measures are not sufficient and need to be enhanced.

Summary Remove /prohibit all parked vehicles from the unimproved surface portion of the property. Likewise, increase measures to
prohibit vehicle ingress /egress onto Faust Avenue. If problems continue, the curb cuts will need to be removed at the owners
expense.Once corrective actions have occured, sign and return this notice to our office. A follow -up inspection will then occur
to verify compliance with these orders. If you have any questions regarding these items, contact our office.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of /2,1tJ0
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what need o be inspec ed.
