If operational problems occur with this driveway access, the curb cut is to be eliminated at the developers /owners expense. 11/30/2006 Last Updated Summary Remove /prohibit all parked vehicles from the unimproved surface portion of the property. Likewise, increase measures to prohibit vehicle ingress /egress onto Faust Avenue. If problems continue, the curb cuts will need to be removed at the owners expense.Once corrective actions have occured, sign and return this notice to our office.
