The height of the building is 21 feet 8 inches. I called Brian and left him a voice mail about the wind Toad but haven't heard back. Since we are going with a smaller sign I don't see any issues with the wind load. Please review and email back with the cost of the permit and when it is ready. Thanks, Mark From: Muehrer, Todd M. Washburn Street Mark: The zoning ordinance restricts the max height of the sign in the 41 overlay to 60'. Therefore, we will need a revised rendering of the sign acknowledging the 60' height limitation will be complied with. You will also need to contact Inspection Services (920- 236 -5050) to verify if they need any additional information related to wind loads or other structural calculations as you indicated the existing pylon pole will need to be cut down to accommodate the new cabinet. I have cc'd Brian Noe and Kevin Ciabatti from Inspection Services on this email if you wish to contact them via email. Regarding the wall signs, the only item still missing is the height of the principal structure now that you provided the length of each facade. Thank you. I just got your voicemail regarding this project as well. You'll need to provide the following revised information for the zoning review to be completed... 1) For the proposed ground mount sign alteration, please provide the new overall height of the proposed sign measured from grade to the top of the new proposed sign cabinet. Overall height is 65 feet. If the max allowed is 60 we can cut the pole down. 2) For the proposed wall signs, please provide the location of each fagade (e.g. north, south, etc) and provide the measurements of the supporting wall area (L' x H'). Be sure to include the entire fa9ade being used not just the small "cube" area shown in the photo. The signs will be installed on the Southeast and Northeast corner of the building. Building measurements are 54 feet along the frontage road and 117 feet deep. x 2(.8" Once you provide the above mentioned information, the zoning review will be able to be completed. Thank you.
