A Correction notice was issued on October 26, 2010; a copy of this notice is enclosed with this letter for your reference. In November of 2010 you were issued a citation for failure to obtain the required building permit. The court date for that citation was December 8 2010. Your failure to appear in court resulted in a default judgment that found you guilty and the assessment of a penalty of $2320.00.
