Hi Brian, We are doing a small remodel in a space behind Walgreens on Hwy 21 and Emmers
Lane. It used to be Charter Mortgage and we are converting it into a small Chiropractic
office. I have attached the existing plan for the space and the wall alterations we are
making. The x -ray room has a state approval for shielding and I am wondering if you will
issue us a permit from this drawing for the wall alterations as there is no plumbing
changes and no exiting changes. We will be doing electric work which we will get an
electrical permit for separately. The doctor is looking to get in ASAP so any help would
be appreciated.
