The owner will not be held responsible if the names of occupants creating violations are forwarded to this office and tenant eviction proceedings are initiated. Summary It is the responsibility of eve p ty every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} may result in citations being issued and court action pursued. DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT.
