Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints & affects property values. See Item #2 & #3

Description Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside
out of public view.
Item # 3 Code 30 -36A (4) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/06/2003 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking /storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited.

Description Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean & safe condition that part of the dwelling unit or yard he occupies
and controls. The owner will not be held responsible if the names of occupants creating violations are forwarded to this office
and tenant eviction proceedings are initiated.
Summary It is the responsibility of eve
p ty every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} may result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236 -5050 FOR INSPECTION.
