Dear Mr. Utecht:
Reference is made to your question as to whether the
Zoning Ordiannce will allow a 24x24 garage at the above
address.
The Zoning Ordinance permits a residential garage on this
property with a side and rear setback of 215 feet, a front
setback of 60 feet and a minimum distance from the house
of 5 feet, also, the garage may not take up more than 30%
of the rear yard. In my opinion you will have no problem
meeting these zoning requirements.
