The Common Council may convene into Closed Session pursuant to Section
19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes for the purpose of negotiating the
purchase of public property required for the Quarry Park Landfill Gas Venting
System where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session.
