There is no permit on record for the rear addition /deck at this address. When applying for the requried building permit detailed plans will need to be submitted to show how this structure is being constructed. The structure as built will need to be razed. I have contacted the City Attorney and they 12/28/2010 have adjourned the court trial until January 26, 2010 to give you some time to make the repairs to the structure.
