CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new house
with attached garage located at
2336 Sheridan Street Oshkosh, Wisconsin as described
in Building Permit application numbers(s) x#`1952
This building is to be used only as a
single family residence and is in the
h -1B Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum floor loading: 40 pounds per square foot live load.
Maximum number of persons and /or living units:
one living unit
NOTE: This permit is not to be construed as an approval of
footings because footings :were poured without obtaining
an inspection and approval before pouring.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to
occupancy, should additional building(s) be erected, or should
any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved. The use of
land, or buildings shall not be changed until a Certificate of
Occupancy is issued for that occupancy.
