SEE PHOTO PAGES 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 & 29 Summary It is the responsibility of eve p ty every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance (236 -5137) will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. Please forward a schedule of your intentions on bringing the exterior of the dwelling up to code. Failure to sumbit a plan or contract within 30 days will result in muncipal citations being issued on a daily basis of $194.00 per day. DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT.
