PERSON TO OCCUPY ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND
CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
2. 18 -79.1A THE ROOFING (SHAKES) ON THE DWELLING IS IN SUCH CONDITION THAT IT IS
REFLECTIVE OF DETERIORATION AND INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE. THE ROOFING
ON THE DWELLING SHALL BE REMOVED AND NEW ROOFING INSTALLED, A PERMIT
WILL BE REQUIRED.
