1 18 -69 (A) WEED CUTTING REQUIRED of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code
The owner of every parcel of land within the City shall cut
or cause to be cut, all grass in excess of 8 inches in length,
dandelions, and weeks and other like vegetative growth in excess
of 8 inches in length upon said land.
A reinspection will be made within 7 days of this notice to
assure compliance. Failure to comply will result in the
issuance of a citation.
