Dear Mr. Sharpe:
Dear tenants, please be advised that on August 19 1999, an Oshkosh city inspector discovered
an unlicensed vehicle that was parked in the driveway at your residence. This vehicle has expired
license plates. The inspector has issued orders to remove this vehicle. It must be removed
immediately. If this vehicle does not belong to either one of you, please advise Venture
Enterprises immediately so that we can have it towed. Otherwise, it is imperative that this vehicle
be removed by no later than August 26 1999. You will be held responsible for any costs that
are incurred in reference to this vehicle. The inspector is also on notice via this letter to issue any
citation for the vehicle to the tenant responsible, so please take care of this immediately.
Additionally, it was brought to our attention that the garbage at the northwest comer of the
building in the garbage cans is improperly stored. What I believe this means is that the garbage
must be placed properly in garbage cans with lids on them and then we request you to place them
next to the garage. However, we will be asking for further clarification on what is meant by
proper storage. If you do not have lids for these garbage cans, please advise us.
As well, the garbage must be put at the curb no earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before the pick -up,
Mondays. Per your rental agreements, you are aware that you are responsible for the proper
handling of your refuge as well as the care of all common areas. These are areas used by both of
you, including the yard. They must be kept clean and in order.
Also, we have been notified that the grass around the building, the garage and the driveway has
grown above eight inches. This is against city code and this must be taken care of. By the time
you receive this notice, this will have been taken care of by our maintenance person this time. As
well, we have moved the garbage next to the garage and we need you to make sure it is placed at
curb side for pickup. However, please be advised in the future you will be responsible to make
sure that the grass is maintained, as your rental agreement calls for.
Lastly, please advise us who owns the grills (two), they appear to be junk. If so, we will have
them removed. If you have any questions, please contact us immediately at 236 -6807.
