Item # 1 Code MUN 16 34A(1) Compliance No Compliance Date 12/24/2010 IMMEDIATELY_ Description Every dwelling unit shall have heating facilities which are capable of safely and adequately heating all habitable rooms and 12/17/2010 bathrooms to a temperature of at least 67 degrees F with an outside temperature of minus 15 degrees without forcing the heating system. A licensed 12/17/2010 plumber is required for all work to be done in rental units. A WATER HEATER WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT THE REQURIED PERMIT. Item # 4 Code COMM 82.40 Compliance No Compliance Date 12/24/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description The outlet of the discharge pipe shall terminate within 6" over the floor or receptor, but not less that a distance equal to twice 12/17/2010 the diameter of the outlet pipe. I left messages on both your house and cell phones and as of 12/17 /110 I have received no return phone call. The non - functioning fumace not only affects habitability status of the house but also further damage could be caused by water pipes freezing and rupturing. Also, the venting for the appliances must be done to code to ensure that the appliances draft properly and are not causing a carbon monoxide problem. The required repairs need to be addressed immediately. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice ..and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/16/2011 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m: or by appointment.
