Just after Christmas I went back and looked at the property and the area was picked up so I did not issue a 5 day. 1 stopped by there yesterday and a car is on jacks and looks like it is being worked on. Also, there are some additional items by the garage, pieces of furniture & boxes that are accumulating. I did sent a copy of the Notice to the occupants but I need to know who it is that has all that stuff laying around so that 1 can issue them the citation. Also, I need you to do what you can to get the items removed. Give them a letter stating that you will remove it and bit them for the costs associated. I need to get this resolved immediately as this has been an ongoing problem since I notified you :051 month. At 644 there is a large pile of garbage or recyclables on the northeast comer by the house and a fridge in the yard. Could you look into these and let me know when they will be taken care of? I checked one week ago about and the garbage cans were in the back at the time and the debris was gone(so yes it was cleaned up at the time). When I stopped by last week to check there was a car( it was black) there that looked like it was being worked on. Its hood was open and the front end was jacked up. I didn't say anything to the tenant in 683(Judy) because I don't believe it was there for a long time I haven't checked it since so if it is there today when you double check please let me know because I believe it would be a violation. Please correct me if I am wrong on this. If it is a violation and it is still there as a violation I will tell the tenant in 683(Judy Kline) to remove it. FYI- The tenants in 681(Jordan Miller) have been proactive in cleaning up the messes. When you gave me notice I informed both tenants and Jordan called me to inform me that he cleaned up his area that he is renting. I told him to clean up his area and he did so at the time. On 12/4/10 checked Jordan's area and it was cleaned because that was the day that I removed the basketball hoop from his area. At the time I went and checked and he did clean up his area. The tenant in 683 (Judy Kline) immediately started an argument with me last month and never called me to inform me that she was taking care of the mattresses and the debris in her area that she rents. She only decided to clean up after she found out that Jordan had received a citation. On 12/4/10 when I checked 681's area 683'5 are was still messy and the mattresses were still there. I hope this information helps when you are in court tomorrow. I apologize for not giving this information to you before, but it didn't dawn on me to give this detail. Thanks for your help.
