Be advised item 10 (grass and weeds) must be completed within 7 days, items 2, 3 and 4 must be completed within 2 weeks, item 7 shall be completed within 30 days and items 1,5,6 and 8 must be completed within 90 days (these all relate to exterior maintenance of the buildings.) If you are not able to complete the building maintenance items within 90 days, you must provide an acceptable written schedule for repairs within 30 days to avoid additional corrective action. The timeframes are to be from the date of the Correction Notice; August 19, 1999. As you are aware many of these items were noted in past years, copies of these past notices are provided for your convenience. For this reason, this office cannot accept lengthy compliance time frames. Please call me at 236 -5137 to advise me when items have been corrected or if you have any questions. Additionally, our fax number is 236 -5084 if you need to correspond in writing. Because most of these items were noted in past years, this office will respond swiftly if compliance is not achieved or we do not have written assurances compliance efforts have been arranges. The inspection revealed that nothing has been done to raze or repair the garage as ordered and there has been no contact with the Building Inspector as to what repairs are required.
