Dear Mr. Mueller;
A recent inspection of this address reveals violations of the City of Oshkosh Minimum Housing and
Property Maintenance Codes for which you were notified of previously. Be advised item 10 (grass and
weeds) must be completed within 7 days, items 2, 3 and 4 must be completed within 2 weeks, item 7
shall be completed within 30 days and items 1,5,6 and 8 must be completed within 90 days (these all
relate to exterior maintenance of the buildings.) If you are not able to complete the building
maintenance items within 90 days, you must provide an acceptable written schedule for repairs within 30
days to avoid additional corrective action. The timeframes are to be from the date of the Correction
Notice; August 19, 1999.
As you are aware many of these items were noted in past years, copies of these past notices are provided
for your convenience. For this reason, this office cannot accept lengthy compliance time frames. Please
call me at 236 -5137 to advise me when items have been corrected or if you have any questions.
Additionally, our fax number is 236 -5084 if you need to correspond in writing.
Because most of these items were noted in past years, this office will respond swiftly if compliance is
not achieved or we do not have written assurances compliance efforts have been arranges.
Additionally, Allyn has asked that you please provide written correspondence of your correction plans
and efforts for 521 W 15 Ave and 501 N Main St.

Dear Mr Mueller:
A reinspection was made on your rental property at 1203 Minnesota Street to assure the
violations which were to be corrected by August 8, 1995 were in fact corrected.
The inspection revealed that nothing has been done to raze or repair the garage as ordered and
there has been no contact with the Building Inspector as to what repairs are required.
Therefore a FINAL inspection will be made on August 30, 1995 to assure compliance.
Failure to have complied by this time will result in citations being requested and issued for
violations of the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code.
