RE: File 8239
Storm Water Separation
First English Lutheran Church
Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Mr. Higley:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of 20 October 1982,
regarding the subject project.
Current in- progress work consists of exterior separation of the
existing storm sewer from the existing sanitary sewer. New storm
sewer piping will extend from the existing to the corner of Tenth
and Minnesota and piped into the back of the southwest corner
catch basin. Protection against freezing will be by a heat tape
in the riser adjacent to the catch basin and by a small hole in
the bottom of the riser draining into a substantial stone bed under
the lateral pipe run.
The Church officials have established a roof work program for the
Spring of 1983. That program will include substantial changes in
roofs and parapet walls. Provisions will be made to prevent
accumulated roof water from entering plumbing vent stacks. When
those plans are developed, we will confer with you for your sug-
gestions and /or approval of proposed methods.
I trust the above will satisfy the questions you raised on this
project. Please advise if you have other concerns.
Sincerely,
YARBRO - KEMPINGER ARCHITECTS, INC.
