Introduction An inspection of your propertyt revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by
the compliance dates specified for each item.

Description Stairways in two family dwelling and multi - family dwellings shall be I be equipped with treads and risers reasonably uniform.
The broken steps shall be replaced to Code.

Description Every owner of two or more family dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and good condition all
communal, shared or public areas inside and out of the dwelling and appurtenant premises.

Description No owner or operator shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy any dwelling unit or premises
unless it is safe and clean and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Property Maintenance Code.
