weeks.

Description Every owner of two or more family dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean, good & code compliant
condition inside & out all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant premises. Yards to be maintained
by the owner. Porches shall be kept free of refuse or stored material. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS
CODE REQUIREMENT ON THIS PROPERTY. CITATION ENCLOSED.
Item # 2 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 10/21/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description On all residential or commercial premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore
generating complaints from neighbors shall be removed or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of garbage.
Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles OR auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises. Storage of
furniture and garbage storage on open porches is prohibited. Concrete. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS
CODE REQUIREMENT

Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure (garage or shed) including fences shall be maintained by the owner in
good repair and all exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and
appearance. NO PERMIT ON FILE FOR STRUCTURE AT THE HEAD OF THE DRIVEWAY. REQUIRES SIDING AND
ROOFING.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance (236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236 -5050 FOR INSPECTION.

properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling
farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not
