condition inside & out all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant premises. Yards to be maintained
by the owner. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON THIS PROPERTY

Description All building foundations shall be maintained in good repair. The exterior of every structure or accessory structure (garage or

HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON OTHER PROPERTY YOU OWN
