Description Every owner of two or more family dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean, good & code compliant
condition inside & out all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant premises. Yards to be maintained
by the owner. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON THIS PROPERTY

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints & affects property values. Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts
are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. INCLUDING BOATS & TRAILERS.

Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure (garage or shed) including fences shall be maintained by the owner in
good repair and all exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and
appearance. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON THIS PROPERTY
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
