Gohde, Assistant Director of Public Works December 9, 2010 Change Order #2 for Public Works Contract No. 10 -06 for Fisher -Ulman Construction Inc. for Concrete Sidewalk- Pavement Repairs (- $28,136.81) Change Order #2 for Contract 10 -06 is scheduled for consideration by the Common Council at the December 14, 2010 meeting. The contract was originally awarded to Fisher -Ulman Construction Inc, of Appleton, WI in April of 2010. This change order is for final quantities. ANALYSIS All work on the project has been completed and final quantities measured. FISCAL IMPACT Funding for the project is in the 2010 Capital Improvement Program Sidewalk Section and in the Water Utility Operating Budget. Additional work was added by Change Order #1 and included funding from the Concrete Pavement Section (Arterial and Collector Street Concrete Pavement Repairs) of the CIP.
