M. MOTION TOGO INTO CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 101, City Hall)
1) The Common Council may convene into Closed Session Pursuant to Section
19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes for the purpose of negotiating the
purchase of public property where competitive and bargaining reasons require
a closed session:
A) for the purchase of property to upgrade the Storm Sewer System
from Koeller Street to the Tipler School Area Detention Basin; and,
B) for the purchase of property at the southeast corner of Maricopa Drive
& Westhaven Circle for a Stormwater Detention Basin; and,
C) for the purchase of property on Clairville Road for the Expansion of the
Southwest Industrial Park
D) for the purchase of properties within the South Shore Redevelopment
Area
