Please accept this email as Chamco's official approval of the plans submitted by Todd Morey of Baldor Generators for an
extension of their existing screened fenced area. The plan appears to be in compliance with our covenants.
We are assisting Todd in expediting the necessary approvals as installation is planned for next week. Please accept our
thanks in advance for your assistance as well.
I will follow up with an official letter to Todd along with a copy to you as time permits (hard telling when that will be!). Call
me if you need anything further in the meantime or if questions arise.
