Facility Description.
Axletech International, 1005 High Ave, Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, FID 471040350, submitted to the
Department of Natural Resources (DNR) a permit application, including plans and specifications for renewal of
Operation Permit No. 471040350 -F10 for operation of an axle and transmission manufacturing facility. Air pollution
Control Permit No. 471040350 -F20, for operation of a synthetic minor, non -Part 70 air pollution source.
Application Review.
DNR has made a preliminary determination that the application meets state and federal air pollution control
requirements and that the permit should be approved. You can review the permit application, the DNR's analysis
and draft permit prepared by the DNR at the Department of Natural Resources Bureau of Air Management

Public Comments.
Interested persons wishing to comment on the application or DNR's review of it or wishing to request a public
hearing should do so within 30 days of publication of this notice and send comments or requests to:
