The s 06/26/2009 anitary drain stack in the basement appears to be rotted. There is surface rust and what appears to be water leaching through the stack. This creates a potential health hazard in the building for the building occupants. Foundation drains may not discharge to sanitary, a Clearwater sump is r 06/26/2009 equired to receive the waste and discharge to an approved site where no nuisance is created. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/26/2009 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
