Item # 2 Code 30 (D)(8) Compliance No Compliance Date 11/19/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description No outdoor storage shall be permitted unless such storage is visually screened from view 11/12/2010 from U.S. Highway 41, or frontage roads paralleling U.S. Highway 41, with a suitable solid fence constructed of masonry or wood at least six (6) feet in height. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re- inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy.
