Dear Sir:
This letter is confirming our conversation
on May 26, 1967.
The property at 2320 Minerva Street is zoned
R-1B Single Family Residence District. The storing
of farm machinery is not an allowed use in the R-1B
District and should be discontinued. It is our under-
standing that the tractor now being stored there will
be removed on or before June 6, 1967.
