RE: Fence
On Friday, August 13, 1993, an inspection revealed that you had
erected an 8 foot high fence. Please be advised that City
Ordinance section 30-31 (E)(3) limits the height of fences in this
location to a maximum of 6 feet in height ' A review of
property file reveals that the permit issued for this fe»c:�
for 40 lineal feet of 6 foot high wood fence.
Please ba advised that the height of this fence must be reduced
to comply with the 6 foot height limitation. A reinspection will
be conducted on or about September 10, 1993 t

following: (1) Alterations or interior work when the use is conforming and when no change
in use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items,• e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is

Building Inspector without referral to the Director of Community Development, or designee.
