Please be aduised that City Ordinance section 30-31(E)(3) limits the height of fences in this location to a maximum of 6 feet in height. A reoiew of your property file reveals that the permit issued for this fence was for 40 lineal feet of 6 foot high wood fence. Please ba adwised that the height of this fence must be reduced to comply with the 6 foot height limitation. A reinspection will be conducted on or about September 10, 1993 to uerify that the fence has been corrected. If you have any questions, call me at 236-5050.
