My present garage roof is constructed with 2" x 4" rafters and has developed noticable dip. My plans are to replace that roof area with a more suitable one. Mark Schultz is the contractor I will have dig the foundation. I plan to do most of the frame construction myself with the help of Eric Schultz for technical advise. If additional information is needed before a building permit can be issued please advise my wife of the requirements I need to fulfill to begin this project. Thank you for your help in this matter.
