Item # 3 Code NOTE Compliance No Compliance Date 12/03/2010 Description n inspection of your property revealed that the above noted violations have not been corrected. The shed permit is required 11/03/2010 o be obtained by December 3, 2010 to avoid court action. It was also noted that the front of the house has been painted but he sides have not. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/2/2009 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
