He would like the Board to research a way to make it more accessible for customers to make complaints. He suggested having a more accessible complaint process involving a type of form to be completed by the customer. He said this would provide a paper trail, which could be useful at contract time. Mr. Strong said he would check with other systems on their complaint process and bring this back as a discussion item in December. th Due to Thanksgiving being on November 25, the Board unanimously cancelled the November th 24 meeting. There being no more business to come before the Transit Advisory Board and upon duly . being made and seconded (Hoffman, Monday), the meeting adjourned at 5:17 p.m
