Re: Open Correction Notices for 1407 Jackson St. in Oshkosh, WI
Beneficial Wisconsin Inc. recently took ownership of a property located at 1407 Jackson
St. in Oshkosh, WI. This letter is to inform you that the property is in violation of the
Property Maintenance Code for the City of Oshkosh. The former owner of the property,
Kathleen Davis, did submit her plan to make the necessary repairs; however, as of
November 1, 2010 the repairs have not been made.
Enclosed you will find copies of the Correction Notice for the property as well as photos .
that were taken during the inspection. Please contact me immediately so we may discuss
your plans to bring your property into compliance. If you have any questions regarding ;
the requirements of this notice I can answer them at that time. If you are unable to bring .
your property into compliance within the next 30 days a schedule of corrections with -ai, .
reasonable timetable shall be submitted in order to receive an extension. If you fail 'to
submit a schedule of corrections or contact me by December 2, 2010 an Abatement
Request will be submitted in an effort to resolve this matter. A re- inspection shall be
completed to verify compliance before this file is closed.
