Dear Mr. Nelson:
On June 7, 1984, I reinspected portions of your property known as
36 Mill Street to assure compliance with our phone conversation on
May 24, 1984. During the inspection I noted that some of the work we
discussed had been done to improve the condition of the property. How-
ever, the material you were to have hauled away still remained and the
grass was again a foot high. Another complaint on the property was
also taken on June 7, 1984.
On June 13, 1984, I will again inspect the property to assure com-
pliance in correcting the Property Maintenance Code Violations. If at
this time the violations still exist, I will refer the matter to the
City Attorney's office and issue a citation.
If you have any questions or for some reason cannot comply by
the designated date, please contact this office immediately at 236 -5137.
