1. 16-35 (2) The rear second exit platform is in a deteriorated condition
and near collapse. The condition of the platform
immediate threat to the health and safety of the tenant
occupant and shall be corrected immediately. PERMIT REq #r -` [L
2. 13- 79 Junk and debris have accumulated around the dwelling in-
cluding a number of tree branches. This material shall be
removed from the property.
3. 27-4 There is a Ford Mustang on the property (SC8206) with ex-
pired plates (1983). This vehicle shall he removed from
the property within three (3) days.
