It was undetermined if other pests (roaches, mice) are also in the apartment. Any infestations shall be eliminated. Failure to make substantial progress by 12/17/09 will result in the dwelling unit being posted "Unfit for Human Habitation" at which time the unit would have to be vacated and left vacant until the violations are corrected and a re- inspection is passed (see item #5).
