Item # 2 Code MUN 16 33A(5) Compliance No Compliance Date 10/19/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description Every Owner shall supply every dwelling unit with adequate garbage and refuse disposal equipment or receptacles large 10/12/2010 enough to hold all garbage generated by that dwelling unit. Last Updated Summary It is recommended that you begin a self- inspection program of all of your properties to assure that garbage is not being piled up by the dumpster area. Future violations of this /these ordinance(s) may be cited $232.00 per day of violation, when found, along with written orders to correct. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/19/2010 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
