To clarify the following issues:
- Truss plans will be submitted prior to truss installation.
- Garage door header will be 2 -1 3/4 "x14" microlam headers (see attached engineering calcs)
- Basement steel beams will be W8x18 which meet or exceed the tables in DIHLR 21.22 -Al
- Smoke detectors will be interconnected
-Roof sheathing will be 1/2" OSB APA rating 32/16 Sized per spacing Exposure 1. Trusses to be
spaced 24" o.c.
-Attic ventilation will meet or exceed 1/300 criteria in DIHLR 22.05 & 22.11
