NOTE: Planned Development Amendment granted by Common Council on 07/13/10 (see Res. 10 -216).
NOTE: Per Res. 10 -216 1) base standard modification (bsm) to permit the height of building to be 75'.
NOTE: Per Res. 10 -216 2), bsm to permit planters and walks within the required setback areas as depicted on the
site plan.
NOTE: Per staff report/PD, the required number of parking stalls is accommodated through the University's various
surface Lots, parking garages, and on- street facilities.
NOTE: Proposed concrete screen wall shown on Sheet C200 does not comply with provisions set forth in Section
30 -35 (I)(4) for refuse disposal area. REVISED PLANS SHEET A403 SHOWS DUMPSTERS WILL BE
IN AN ENCLOSED BUILDING. SHEET C200 NEEDS TO REFLECT NEW BLDG. REVISED PLANS
SHOW COMPLIANCE.
NOTE: No photometric plan submitted and cannot review exterior lighting standards for compliance with Section
30 -35 (K). REVISED PLAN SET INCLUDES PHOTOMETRIC PLAN.
NOTE: Signage is not part of this review. All signage plans will be required to be reviewed and approved by the
Common council as part of a future PD application.
NOTE: The mechanical exhaust grill shown on Sheet C200 fronting Elmwood Avenue will need to be screened in
accordance with Section 30 -35 (I)(5). All other mechanical units not shown on plan also need to comply with
this provision. REVISED PLANS SHOW EVERGREEN PLANTING SCREEN.
CONDITION: Per Res. 10 -216 3) University is to coordinate final grading, curbing length and other site
improvements with the City in relation to future Elmwood Avenue and Algoma Blvd. reconstruction
projects.
CONDITION: Per Res. 10 -216 4) include handicap accessible access from the public walk at the south (Algoma
Blvd) and north (Elmwood Ave.) ends of the residence hall.
NOTE: Per Res. 10 -216 5) bicycle parking/storage facilities are to be provided at the site. Per note on Sheet C200
bicycle parking to be located inside the building.

As per Section 30-5 Enforcement of the City Zoning Ordinance, the Director of Community Development, or designee, must approve all plans, except the following: (1) Alterations or interior
work when the use is conforming and when no change in use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items, e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is conforming and when no change is proposed.
