PROPOSAL

WORK PERFORMED AT, SAME AS ABOVE
I Hereby propose to furnish all the materials and perform all labor necessary
for the completion of:
26 feet of block wall 11 coures high (8 "x8 "x16" Block wall)
1. Excavation 26ft. (South Wall)
A. 2 feet wide x 7.5 feet hi x 26 feet long
B. Removal of fill that is not needed to complete
wall
C. Contractor will remove fill from corners of
existing side wall
2. Lift Basement Corners and side to remove 8 "x8" x 16"
block
A. Removal of block 117
B. Disposal of block in land fill
C. Check drain tile along footing ( replace if
needed)
D. Check footings for stress cracks, replace if
needed.
This will be an extra cost to owner if needed
to be replace
3. Install new 8' x 8' x 16' block wall
A. Fill concrete block with dry mix concrete
appoximately 6 ft. high in wall
B. Finish inside joints on basement
C. Plaster outside of wall with with mason
cement to grade level ( appoximately one half
inch) in thickness
D. Tar coat outside plaster wall with foundation
coating
( 4' above grade level )
E. Appliy 1" polystreme sheeting to new wall
F. 3 pilasters space every 6 feet throughout to
anchor sill plate
G. Durawall, Type K rated will be install
between block bed joints
F. Rerod to be put into footing to hold block
from moving off of footing
4. Cement,Lime and Mason sand to install new wall and
plaster outside of wall
A. Mason Cement will be rated for underground
use
5. Gravel fill for side of walls
A. Gravel fill to a height of appoximately 6 feet
hi from footings on outside of wall
B. Top soil to be filled to 12" above grade level to
allow settling of fill on outside of wall
6.3 double pilaster to be installed on new wall for support
Contractor will not be responsible for any electical, plumbing
or heating work that has to be done, this will be a
separate quote above and beyond this estimate. Contractor will
get these quotes and include them in this estimate at a
later date. This work must be done by licensed contractors
Contractor will give a warranty for a period
of one year from the date of completion on Materials
and Workmanship Contractor will not be responsible
for stress cracks when lifting home off foundation to
walls of home
Contractor will not be responsible for wall edging on
inside of the basement wall that is install around
basement to move water into sump pit
Contractor will not be responsible for water leaking
through basement base board
All the materials that are specified, and the above to be performed in
accordance
with the drawings and specifications submitted for the above work and
complete
in a workmanlike manner for the sum of:

will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over
