Dear Property Owner:
On October 12, 2010, the Oshkosh Common Council approved the new street name of Walter Court (copy of
Resolution #10 -319 enclosed). The address for your property needs to change because access to Algoma
Boulevard (US Hwy 45) has been eliminated by the WisDOT as a result of construction in the area of US Hwy
41. Your new address will be as follows:

We will notify the appropriate City offices. It is your responsibility to notify Wisconsin Public Service,
Ameritech, Time Warner Cable, etc., as well as changing personal items (i.e. magazine and newspaper
subscriptions, bank checks, address labels, etc.). If this property is not owner occupied, please forward a copy
of this letter to the tenants at the above address. New address tiles may be picked up at the Engineering
Division of the Department of Public Works at City Hall (215 Church Avenue) at no cost to you. Finally, the
Fire Department has requested that we remind you that the new property address must be attached to your
building.
